FirstOn Go provides a technology platform that connects customers with participating businesses and, in selected markets, delivery partners.

2. Businesses

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their product information, prices, availability, applicable licences and fulfilment of customer orders.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to availability and may be accepted, rejected, cancelled or adjusted by the participating business in accordance with platform rules and applicable law.

4. Delivery

Delivery may be performed by the participating business, a FirstOn Go delivery partner or may be unavailable in a particular area. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may change because of availability, traffic, weather or other conditions.

5. Payments and fees

Applicable product prices, platform fees, delivery fees, taxes, discounts and payment processing charges will be shown or accounted for through the relevant checkout or settlement flow.

6. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, submit false information, abuse promotions or use the service for unlawful activities.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
